Retrieve my files
To recover the files downloaded on your computer, we invite you to go through your data manager and simply follow the following procedure:
- • Connect to your data manager
- • Select the desired file or folder
- • Click on the "..." to the right of the file or folder
- • From the drop-down list, choose "Download"
For more speed, however, you are advised to use an FTP software such as FileZilla or Cyberduck.

The Seedbox.fr site requires several different authentication codes:
1. ACCESS TO THE SITE
Log in to the site first Seedbox.fr :
You must use your e-mail address and the password you provided when creating your account.
If you have lost this password, you can request a new one at any time with the following page.
2. ACCESS TO DIFFERENT SERVICES
Then use services like data manager, FTP, VPN…:
You must use the login and password chosen on the order form.
If you have lost this password, go to the "Advanced configuration" thumbnail of your Manager and then modify it.
As a reminder, it must contain numbers and letters and at least 8 characters to be validated. -

There are several ways to settle an invoice:
- • Automatic payment with PayPal
- • Payment by credit card
- • The bank transfer
- • The check
- • The system of adding funds
To renew a service, our system will automatically send you a new invoice ten days before your service expires.
Do not hesitate to contact our sales support if you wish to make changes (capacity, subscription cycle, etc.).
Conversely, to cancel a service, you simply do not pay the renewal invoice that will be sent to you and it will be closed immediately when due.
